Tradie Training runs face-to-face White Card training on the Gold Coast every day of the week, including weekends. When you complete your White Card course with us you will leave on the day with a White Card. Our delivery sessions are perfect for anyone who needs to get their White Card on Saturday or Sunday before beginning work on Monday. We understand the importance of being able to get on site ASAP, so we have designed our course to be straightforward and hassle-free.
Beware of websites offering the White Card online, as the Queensland government requires training to be conducted face-to-face. Online courses are unlikely to be legitimate and result in a White Card. An easy way to identify a legitimate training provider is to check their domain name ends in edu.au, as only government approved providers have access to this domain name.
In the past you were able to complete your White Card course online. However, the Queensland government changed the delivery criteria in late 2019, requiring White Card training to be conducted face-to-face.
Gold Coast residents who need to complete White Card training will have to do so with a face-to-face training provider. To be eligible to complete the White Card online, your residential address must be at least 100km away from the nearest White Card training provider. Tradie Training only delivers face-to-face training on the Gold Coast.
You will be supplied with everything you require to complete your White Card training on the day of your course. This includes all training and assessment materials. A qualified trainer and assessor will be on hand to assist you every step of the way during your face-to-face White Card training.
You will be required to answer a series of questions based on scenarios you may encounter on a construction site. You will be required to answer questions verbally and demonstrate fitting four specific items of personal protective equipment (PPE) to yourself. Tradie Training will supply this PPE to you.
If you have previously completed a White Card course or the older Queensland Blue Card course you may be eligible to apply for a replacement White Card.
