When completing the face-to-face course, you will leave the workshop with your White Card on the day, making this method of training perfect for learners who need their White Card fast. We know you may need to get on site quickly, so we make sure you are able to complete your course without interruption. We also run sessions on Saturdays, Sundays and after hours for those learners who need their White Card now. We make it our priority to get you on site ASAP.
Beware of websites offering the White Card online, as the Queensland government requires training to be conducted face-to-face. Online courses are unlikely to be legitimate and result in a White Card. An easy way to identify a legitimate training provider is to check their domain name ends in edu.au, as only government approved providers have access to this domain name.
In the past you were able to complete your White Card course online. However, the Queensland government changed the delivery criteria in late 2019, requiring White Card training to be conducted face-to-face.
To be eligible to complete the White Card online, your residential address must be at least 100km away from the nearest White Card training provider. This means Queensland learners living in the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Ipswich region will most likely not be able to complete an online White Card. Instead, they will be required to attend a face-to-face session with an approved White Card training provider. Please note Tradie Training only delivers White Card training face-to-face in Queensland.
Learners will be supplied with all learning resources and assessment tools required to complete their White Card training. Learners will be required to complete training and assessment tasks with assistance from a qualified trainer and assessor.
The assessment process includes a series of questions based on common workplace situations. Learners will be required to provide answers verbally, as well as demonstrate their ability to properly fit four specific items of personal protective equipment (PPE). Please note this equipment will be supplied by Tradie Training on the day.
If you have previously completed a White Card course or the older Queensland Blue Card course you may be eligible to apply for a replacement White Card. The process to replace a lost White Card is simple and straightforward. Simply click apply below to get started.Apply for White Card replacement QLD
