Registered Training Organisations (RTOs)

Beware of websites offering the White Card course online, as the Queensland government requires the course to be conducted face-to-face or through connected real-time delivery. Online courses are unlikely to be legitimate and result in a White Card. An easy way to identify a legitimate registered training organisation is to check their domain name ends in edu.au, as only government-approved providers have access to this domain name.

Can you do a self-paced online White Card course in Queensland?

No, the White Card course must be conducted face-to-face or through connected real-time delivery. WorkSafe Queensland updated the delivery method to be in line with other states such as New South Wales and Victoria that do not allow self-paced online delivery.
