Brisbane LVR and CPR Training

Need your LVR and CPR sorted before your next job? We run the 2.5-hour course at two Brisbane venues, Aspley on the northside and Rocklea on the southside, so electricians and apprentices from across Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Ipswich and Logan don't have to cross the city to get it done.

Training and assessment happen entirely onsite. There's no online theory to complete first, and your certificates are emailed to you straight after the course.

Our CPR and LVR certificates are nationally recognised, so they're valid in every Australian state and territory.

Certificates issued

You will be issued with one Statement of Attainment listing the following nationally recognised units of competency:

  • HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
  • UETDRMP018 Perform rescue from a live low voltage panel

UETDRMP018 replaces the older LVR codes UETDRMP007, UETDRRF004 and UETTDRRF06, and HLTAID009 replaces HLTAID001. See our UETDRMP018 unit page for the full unit details.

  • Preparing to perform a rescue from a live LV panel
  • Isolating the supply and releasing a casualty using an LV rescue kit
  • Responding to the emergency and calling for help
  • Performing CPR
  • Reporting and reviewing the incident

Which Brisbane venue should I choose?

Aspley is the easiest option if you're on the northside or coming from Moreton Bay. Rocklea suits the southside, as well as anyone coming from Ipswich or Logan. Both venues run the same course and issue the same certificates.

Is there free parking?

Yes. Both Aspley and Rocklea have free onsite parking out the front with no time limit. Rocklea also has bus stops right next to the building.

How much does LVR and CPR cost in Brisbane?

$119 for both units and certificates, or $109 for a refresher booked with your reminder code.

How often do I need to renew?

Every 12 months. Most Brisbane employers and principal contractors won't accept LVR or CPR that's older than a year.

Can you train our team onsite in Brisbane?
