First Aid course in Brisbane

Our Brisbane First Aid course runs at two training centres: Aspley on the northside, next to Robinson Road Marketplace, and Rocklea on the southside, with a bus stop right outside. Choose whichever is closer to home or to your next job, whether you're coming from Moreton Bay, Chermside, Ipswich or Logan.

Complete the short e-learning module online, then join a 3.5-hour practical class of up to 12 students. Both venues run the same course and issue the same certificates.

When you successfully complete the course, you'll receive a Statement of Attainment on the day for these nationally recognised units:

What happens on the day

  • Park for free out the front of the Aspley or Rocklea training centre
  • Check in with your photo ID
  • Practise CPR on adult and infant manikins and use an AED
  • Work through scenarios such as bleeding, choking, fractures, asthma, anaphylaxis and snake bite
  • Complete your practical assessment with your trainer
  • Leave with your Statement of Attainment

Frequently asked questions (FAQS)

Which Brisbane venue should I choose?

Aspley is the easiest option on the northside or if you're coming from Moreton Bay. Rocklea suits the southside, as well as anyone coming from Ipswich or Logan.

Is there parking?

Yes. Both venues have free onsite parking out the front with no time limit. Rocklea also has buses stopping at Marshall Rd at Rocklea South, stop 41, right next to the building.

How much is First Aid in Brisbane?

$99, including all three units and your Statement of Attainment. There are no hidden fees.

When should I renew?

The First aid in the workplace Code of Practice recommends renewing First Aid every 3 years, and refreshing CPR every 12 months in between. You can do your yearly refresher with our Brisbane CPR course.
