No worries, there is a link in your booking confirmation email that will allow you to re-schedule your course.

If you don't have access to your booking confirmation email (make sure to check the spam folder!), you can open a support ticket here.

You need to arrive on time to complete the training. If you're running late for your course, you can re-schedule the course as explained above.

If you can't create or verify your USI, our trainer & assessor will be able to help when you attend the training. Please make sure that you bring the required identification.
