Frequently asked questions

When will I get my White Card?We will issue your White Card on the day of training. You will leave with your White Card in hand, ready for work.

How long does the course take?The training takes 4.5 hours, after which we will issue your White Card upon successful completion.

What do I need to bring?You must bring three forms of ID displaying your name, with at least one of them also displaying your photo. Popular forms of ID include Driver's license, Passport, Medicare Card, Credit/Debit Card, Student ID and Visa. We will provide the PPE required for the training and recommend wearing casual clothing.

I have a basic level of English literacy and numeracy (AQF level 1). For example, I am able to:

verbally explain a danger of working in the sun in English

If you are from overseas and have doubts, please complete the LLN assessment tool

If you are unable to successfully complete the course due to insufficient English, we will refund 50% of the course fee in accordance with our Refund Policy
