When will I get my First Aid certificate?We will issue your First Aid certificate on the day of training.

How long does the course take?The training takes 3.5 hours, after which we will issue your CPR & First Aid certificate upon successful completion.

What do I need to bring?You must bring photo identification such as a Driver's license, Passport, Student ID etc. We will provide all the equipment required for the training and recommend wearing casual clothing.

I have a basic level of English literacy and numeracy (AQF level 1). For example, I am able to:

read this sentence in English, without using the help of a translator
verbally explain a danger of working in the sun in English

If you are from overseas and have doubts, please complete the LLN assessment tool

If you are unable to successfully complete the course due to insufficient English, we will refund 50% of the course fee in accordance with our Refund Policy
