How to verify a Tradie Training certificate

Every Statement of Attainment we issue has a unique Document Number, printed on the certificate next to a QR code. Enter the Document Number above, or scan the QR code with your phone, to check the certificate is genuine. A valid result shows the learner's name, date of birth and completion date.

Employers, principal contractors and labour hire agencies use this service to check a worker's White Card, First Aid, CPR or Low Voltage Rescue training before they start work.

Lost your certificate or White Card?

If you've lost your Queensland White Card, you can order a replacement White Card. For a copy of your Statement of Attainment, contact us with your full name and date of birth.
